United States Shipping Information
Please allow up to 3-4 days for your order to ship from our warehouse.
Shipping Methods
Within the 48 contiguous states, we offer:
- Standard Shipping - Orders will either ship FedEx Ground or USPS services and your shipment will be fully trackable.
- Expedited Shipping - Orders will ship FedEx 2nd Day Air services and your shipment will be fully trackable.
- Express Shipping - Orders will ship FedEx Next Day Air services and your shipment will be fully trackable.
For orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, we offer:
- Standard Shipping - This ships FedEx via Air services with full tracking details available.
Order Processing
Times After an order is placed, it can take 3-4 business days to leave our Arkansas warehouse. Business days are currently defined as Monday – Friday. Please keep in mind; orders placed after 4pm MST or on a weekend will begin processing the following business day.
Upon receiving your Order Shipped email confirmation and tracking number, you may notice your tracking number is ready for pickup and contains no transit record initially. Note that once your order has left the warehouse and is in transit to you, tracking details will become available at that time.
After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number. To check the status of your order.
Please Note: sometimes inclement weather conditions delay shipments, including expedited shipping methods. We are not responsible for late deliveries due to weather and natural disasters.
